The place was clean, I enjoyed its staff and food. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electronic key card, a work desk and a dining area were a nice touch. Comfy bedrooms and a fairly clean bathroom.

We were in Leicester for 1 day, had quite comfortable stay, the hotel was clean with perfect location close to a big park for walking the dogs. The staff was brilliant and efficient, enjoyed this place.

The place was spotless and staff were pleasant enough, I liked unbeatable location. Breakfast was savoury with lots of exceptional options. There was a lovely restaurant, shops and a market next door. Service was extraordinary in the ideal central hotel. It made my trip to Leicester a very peaceful experience.
